"I have been a part of Mountain Roots for 6 months now and I absolutely love it. I have developed a love for acting & have met a ton of amazing people. I also love being a part of the variety shows. I highly recommend this place."

"Cathy is absolutely amazing. Our children who were absolutely terrified in partaking in this have been begging us to sign up for her next performance. Not only has it helped their reading and vocabulary but also their anxiety about public speaking. I would recommend anyone allow their children to work with Cathy and all involved at Mountain Roots."

"Wonderful new addition to the upper Kanawha Valley! I can't wait to watch it grow. The in-house actors have great talent. I thoroughly enjoyed the opening night of "Anything Goes" and really wished I could've made it to the second night. I think I've found my new entertainment venue!!"

"My son was a part of the summer theater camp 2019. He came from a nervous self conscious child struggling with confidence to singing a solo in a production! He plays sports, runs 5k’s, has excellent grades in school but was terrified of being in front of a group of people. They understand that and do not discriminate against anyone with special needs. He has developed skills that will help him all through his life through this theater and the people who worked with him. I would recommend this to everyone."
